We ship all refrigerants exclusively via FedEx or UPS, following all federal, state, and local regulations for hazardous material transport, as outlined by the Department of Transportation. Our adherence to legal standards ensures that refrigerants are shipped with the correct labels and documentation, protecting our customers from fines and confiscation.

Hazardous Materials: Refrigerants are classified as hazardous materials. We ensure compliance with all applicable laws by using accurate shipping labels and documentation.

Risks of Non-Compliance: Buying refrigerants from sources that skip proper Hazmat labeling and paperwork exposes you to risks like fines and confiscation.

2.Guarantee and Shipping Guidelines

Compliance Guarantee: We assure that our shipments are fully compliant, eliminating your legal concerns.

Shipping Method: Per Hazmat guidelines for compressed gases, expedited or overnight shipping is not allowed; all shipments must go via ground service without exceptions.

3.Delivery Details

Residential Addresses: No signature is required for residential deliveries.

Business Addresses: The recipient must be present to receive packages, as FedEx will not leave deliveries at closed businesses.

Order processing time: 0-1 business days (Monday to Thursday; no orders are processed on Fridays due to warehouse inventory checks, and no orders are processed on weekends).

Address Changes: Due to high order volumes and our commitment to same-day shipping, changing the address after processing is extremely challenging.
